Children up to 17 years old can participate in this festival-contest. All children during festival-contest are awarded with titles, certificates, medals, the winners will get cups and crowns. Criterias of selection: smile, nice appearance, beauty, harmony, grace, actor's abilities, talent, manners of behaviour, etc.
Winners of the competition were participated in numerous advertising rollers, films, and also participated in various international festivals in many countries of the world. Many international broadcasting companies of the world frequently shew in their reportings the competitions organized by the International Organizing Committee " Miss and Mister World " and charitable actions.
